  • “Partner” Or “Third-Party Provider” Refer To Any Educational Institution, Accommodation Provider, Insurer, Telecom Provider, Transport Provider, Internship Provider, Employer, Or Other External Provider.


2. Acceptance Of These Terms
 

By Accessing The Website, Booking A Consultation, Purchasing A Package, Ordering An Add-On Service, Purchasing Merchandise, Or Otherwise Using Any Service Made Available By Luzrumo, You Confirm That You Have Read, Understood, And Accepted These Terms And Conditions.

If You Do Not Accept These Terms, You Must Not Use The Website Or Purchase Any Services.


3. Nature Of The Business And Scope Of Services
 

Luzrumo Provides Consulting, Guidance, Coordination, Administrative Support, Referral, And Facilitation Services In The Field Of National And International Education And Student Mobility.

Depending On The Service Purchased, Luzrumo’s Activities May Include:

  • Educational Guidance For Children, Teenagers, Students, Young Adults, And Families.

  • Support In Identifying, Selecting, Comparing, And Accessing Educational Opportunities, Including Schools, Boarding Schools, Language Schools, Pathway Programmes, Preparatory Programmes, Colleges, Universities, And Short Programmes.

  • Support In Application Strategy, Admissions Preparation, And Document Preparation.

  • Relocation And Mobility Support.

  • Coordination And Administrative Support Relating To Accommodation, Insurance, Telecom, Transportation, And Other Student-Settlement Services.

  • Internship And Career Guidance.

  • Coordination With Partner Institutions And Service Providers For Support Purposes.

  • Sale Of Merchandise, Personalized Items, Print-On-Demand Products, And Related Goods.

  • Digital Marketing, Platform Management, Digital Content, And Related Brand Activities.


4. Limit Of Luzrumo’s Role
 

Luzrumo Sells Consulting, Guidance, Coordination, Administrative Support, And Related Service Packages Only.

Unless Expressly Stated Otherwise In A Separate Written Arrangement:

  • Luzrumo Is Not The Educational Institution.

  • Luzrumo Is Not The Accommodation Provider.

  • Luzrumo Is Not The Insurance Provider.

  • Luzrumo Is Not The Telecom Provider.

  • Luzrumo Is Not The Transport Provider.

  • Luzrumo Is Not The Internship Host Or Employer.

  • Luzrumo Is Not A Regulated Legal, Immigration, Financial, Or Insurance Brokerage Service Provider.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Guarantee Admission, Scholarships, Visa Approval, Accommodation Approval, Insurance Approval, Employment, Internship Placement, Or Any Third-Party Outcome.

  • The Final Contract For Any Educational Or Third-Party Service Is Entered Into Directly Between The Client And The Relevant Institution Or Provider.


5. Eligibility And Authority
 

By Purchasing Or Booking Services, You Confirm That:

  • You Have Legal Capacity To Enter Into A Binding Contract; Or

  • If You Are Acting On Behalf Of A Minor Or Another Person, You Have Full Legal Authority To Do So.

Parents And Legal Guardians Remain Responsible For Decisions, Instructions, Authorizations, And Consents Given On Behalf Of Minors.


6. Client Information And Documents
 

The Client Is Solely Responsible For Ensuring That All Information, Statements, Documents, Supporting Materials, And Instructions Supplied To Luzrumo Are:

  • True.

  • Accurate.

  • Complete.

  • Current.

  • Lawfully Shared.

Luzrumo May Suspend, Refuse, Or Terminate Services If It Reasonably Suspects:

  • False, Incomplete, Or Misleading Information.

  • Forged, Altered, Or Irregular Documents.

  • Concealment Of Material Facts.

  • Unlawful Conduct.

  • Misuse Of The Services.

  • Reputational, Compliance, Or Legal Risk.


7. Service Descriptions And Package Scope
 

Each Consultation, Package, Add-On, Or Other Service Is Strictly Limited To The Specific Deliverables Listed On:

  • The Relevant Service Page.

  • The Booking Flow.

  • The Invoice Or Order Confirmation.

  • Any Written Proposal Or Service Description Issued By Luzrumo.

Any Service, Deliverable, Task, Or Output Not Expressly Included Shall Be Considered Excluded Unless Confirmed In Writing By Luzrumo.


8. Excluded Costs And Third-Party Fees
 

Unless Expressly Agreed In A Separate Written Arrangement Signed By Luzrumo, None Of Luzrumo’s Services Or Packages Includes Payment, Advancement, Reimbursement, Financing, Or Assumption By Luzrumo Of Any Third-Party Fees, Charges, Deposits, Premiums, Or Other Costs.

This Includes, Without Limitation:

  • Application Fees.

  • Admission Fees.

  • Enrolment Fees.

  • Tuition Fees.

  • Tuition Deposits.

  • School Deposits.

  • Boarding Fees.

  • Accommodation Fees.

  • Rental Deposits.

  • Insurance Premiums.

  • Visa Fees.

  • Government Charges.

  • Embassy Or Consular Charges.

  • Transport Charges.

  • Telecom Charges.

  • Books, Laptops, Equipment, Uniforms, And Supplies.

  • Any Other Third-Party Cost Or Fee Of Any Kind.

All Such Amounts Remain Solely The Responsibility Of The Client And Must Be Paid Directly By The Client To The Relevant Institution, Provider, Authority, Or Third Party.


9. Bookings And Contract Formation
 

A Booking Or Purchase Becomes Binding Once:

  • The Client Completes The Booking Or Purchase Process.

  • The Client Accepts These Terms.

  • Payment Is Successfully Completed Or Otherwise Validly Accepted By The Company.

  • The Client Receives Booking Or Order Confirmation From Luzrumo.

Luzrumo Reserves The Right To Refuse, Suspend, Or Cancel A Booking Where:

  • Capacity Is Unavailable.

  • The Requested Matter Falls Outside Scope.

  • Payment Fails Or Is Reversed.

  • The Booking Was Submitted In Error.

  • The Client Presents Compliance, Conduct, Or Legal Risk Concerns.

  • The Client Fails To Cooperate Or Provide Necessary Information.


10. Prices, Payment, And Taxes
 

All Prices Are Displayed As Presented On The Website Or Booking Flow At The Relevant Time.

The Client Is Responsible For:

  • Paying The Full Price Due.

  • Any Charges On The Client’s Side Relating To Banks, Cards, Payment Processors, Or Currency Conversion.

  • Any Costs Arising From Incorrect Payment Details Or Failed Transactions.

Where Applicable, VAT And Other Taxes Shall Be Applied In Accordance With Portuguese Law And Any Mandatory Applicable Rules.

No Service Is Guaranteed Until Payment Has Been Confirmed By The Company, Unless Luzrumo Expressly Agrees Otherwise In Writing.


11. Multi-Session Services And Scheduling


11.1 First Session
 

Where A Service Or Package Includes Multiple Sessions, The First Session Is Normally Booked Directly Through The Website Booking System By The Client.


11.2 Second And Subsequent Sessions
 

The Second Session And Any Later Sessions Shall Be Scheduled:

  • At The End Of The Previous Session, By Mutual Agreement Between The Client And The Relevant Agent, Consultant, Or Representative; Or

  • By Email Or Other Approved Written Communication Within The Period Indicated By Luzrumo, Which May, Depending On The Package And Case Stage, Be Up To 24 Hours After The End Of The Previous Session Or Such Other Reasonable Period As Luzrumo May Specify.


11.3 Timing Between Sessions
 

The Timing Of Second And Subsequent Sessions Shall Depend On:

  • The Availability Of The Client.

  • The Availability Of The Assigned Agent, Consultant, Or Representative.

  • The Type And Structure Of The Package.

  • The Need For Intervening Work.

  • Ongoing Document Review.

  • Research Or Shortlisting.

  • Preparation Work.

  • Partner Coordination.

  • Institutional Response Times.

  • Admissions Cycles.

  • Client Responsiveness.

  • Nationality-Related Timing Issues.

  • The Complexity Of The File Or Case.

Accordingly, The Gap Between Sessions May Be Short Or Long And May Extend Across Days, Weeks, Or Months, Depending On The Nature Of The Service And The Case.


11.4 No Guarantee Of Consecutive Delivery
 

Luzrumo Does Not Guarantee That Multi-Session Packages Will Be Delivered On Consecutive Days, Within Fixed Weekly Intervals, Or Without Gaps, Unless Expressly Agreed In Writing.


12. Commencement Of Performance
 

For The Purposes Of These Terms, Service Performance May Begin Before The First Live Session.

Performance May Begin As Soon As Luzrumo Starts Any Of The Following:

  • Case Opening.

  • Internal Onboarding.

  • Reservation Of Consultant Or Agent Time.

  • Review Of Intake Information.

  • Profile Assessment.

  • Document Review.

  • Research Or Shortlist Preparation.

  • Application Planning.

  • Strategy Preparation.

  • Internal Record Creation.

  • Administrative Work.

  • Partner Coordination.

  • Preparation Of Notes, Roadmaps, Templates, Recommendations, Or Other Outputs.

  • Any Other Substantive Work Connected To The Purchased Service.

The Client Acknowledges And Accepts That Performance Is Not Limited To The Moment Of The First Video Call Or Live Session.


13. Right Of Withdrawal And Early Performance
 

Where The Client Is A Consumer And The Contract Is Concluded At A Distance, Any Mandatory Withdrawal Rights Available Under Applicable Consumer Law Shall Remain Unaffected.

Where Permitted By Law, Luzrumo May Require The Client:

  • To Expressly Request That The Service Begin Before The End Of Any Applicable Withdrawal Period; And

  • To Acknowledge That If Performance Has Begun, Luzrumo May Retain Or Charge The Proportionate Value Of Work Already Performed To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law.

For Multi-Session Packages, The Fact That Later Sessions Are Scheduled For Future Dates Does Not Mean That No Performance Has Taken Place. Once The Case Has Been Opened, Work Has Started, Time Has Been Reserved, Or The First Session Has Occurred, The Service Is Considered To Have Commenced For Assessment Purposes.


14. Cancellation, Rescheduling, And Refund Policy


14.1 General Principle
 

Luzrumo Allocates Consultant Time, Agent Availability, Booking Capacity, Internal Resources, And Operational Planning In Reliance On Confirmed Bookings And Paid Packages. For That Reason, Cancellations, Rescheduling Requests, And Refund Rights Are Strictly Limited.


14.2 Single-Session Services
 

Subject Always To Mandatory Legal Rights:

  • Cancellation Requested More Than 7 Calendar Days Before The Scheduled Session May Be Eligible For A Refund Of Up To 80% Of The Amount Paid.

  • Cancellation Requested From 7 Calendar Days To More Than 48 Hours Before The Scheduled Session May Be Eligible For A Refund Of Up To 50% Of The Amount Paid.

  • Cancellation Requested 48 Hours Or Less Before The Scheduled Session Is Non-Refundable.

  • Failure To Attend The Session Is Treated As A No-Show And Is Non-Refundable.


14.3 Multi-Session Packages
 

For Packages Including More Than One Session:

  • Once The Package Has Been Opened, Assigned, Scheduled, Or Work Has Begun, The Client Shall Not Be Entitled To A Full Refund Except Where Mandatory Law Requires Otherwise.

  • The Value Of Any Completed Session, Reserved Time, Administrative Work, Document Review, Preparation, Research, Shortlist Work, Strategy Work, Coordination Work, And Support Work Already Carried Out May Be Retained By Luzrumo.

  • Where Only Part Of The Package Remains Unused, Luzrumo May, At Its Sole Discretion And Subject To Mandatory Law, Decide Whether Any Limited Partial Refund, Credit, Or Transfer Is Appropriate.


14.4 Cancellation After The First Session
 

If The Client Attends The First Session And Then Wishes To Cancel The Remaining Service, Luzrumo May Retain, Subject To Mandatory Law:

  • The Value Of The First Session.

  • The Value Of All Preparation And Administrative Work Already Performed.

  • Any Reserved Consultant Or Agent Time.

  • Any Document Review, Planning, Research, Shortlisting, Or Coordination Already Completed.

  • Any Non-Recoverable Charges Lawfully Recoverable.

Accordingly, In Many Cases The Client Will Not Be Entitled To A Full Refund After The First Session, And In Some Cases May Be Entitled To No Refund At All, Depending On The Extent Of Work Already Performed And The Applicable Law.


14.5 Rescheduling
 

Rescheduling Is Subject To Availability.

  • If Requested More Than 48 Hours Before The Session, One Rescheduling Request May Be Accepted At Luzrumo’s Discretion.

  • If Requested 48 Hours Or Less Before The Session, Luzrumo May Refuse The Request Or Treat The Session As Used.

  • Repeated Changes, Non-Responsiveness, Delay, Or Excessive Scheduling Disruption May Result In Loss Of The Session Or Package Rights Without Refund, Subject To Mandatory Law.


14.6 Late Arrival
 

If The Client Joins Late, The Session May Still End At The Originally Scheduled Time. Late Arrival Does Not Create Any Right To A Refund, Credit, Or Automatic Extension.


14.7 Refund Timing
 

Any Refund Approved By Luzrumo Or Required By Law Shall Be Processed Within A Reasonable Period And, Where A Mandatory Legal Deadline Applies, Within That Deadline.


14.8 Deductions From Refund
 

To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law, Luzrumo May Deduct Or Retain From Any Refund:

  • The Value Of Services Already Delivered.

  • The Proportionate Value Of Work Already Performed.

  • Onboarding Work.

  • Administrative Work.

  • Reserved Time.

  • Research.

  • Shortlist Work.

  • Document Review.

  • Case Preparation.

  • Partner Coordination.

  • Non-Recoverable Transaction Or Processor Charges, Where Legally Recoverable.


15. Client Cooperation And Deadlines
 

The Client Must Cooperate In Good Faith And Provide Requested Information, Documents, Confirmations, And Responses Within The Timeframes Communicated By Luzrumo.

Delay By The Client May:

  • Delay Later Sessions.

  • Delay Deliverables.

  • Delay Coordination With Partners.

  • Reduce The Usefulness Or Timeliness Of The Service.

  • Increase The Risk Of Missing Institutional Or Administrative Deadlines.

Luzrumo Shall Not Be Liable For Negative Outcomes Caused By Client Delay, Non-Responsiveness, Incomplete Information, Or Failure To Follow Reasonable Instructions.


16. Partner Institutions And Third-Party Providers
 

Where Luzrumo Introduces, Recommends, Coordinates With, Or Communicates With A School, Boarding School, Language School, College, University, Pathway Provider, Short-Programme Provider, Accommodation Provider, Insurer, Telecom Provider, Transport Provider, Internship Provider, Or Other Third Party:

  • Luzrumo Does So For Guidance, Support, Coordination, Or Referral Purposes Only.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Become The Provider Of That Third-Party Service.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Assume Responsibility For The Partner’s Pricing, Availability, Contract Terms, Delays, Refusals, Decisions, Performance, Or Misconduct.

  • The Client Must Independently Review And Accept The Third Party’s Terms Before Entering Into Any Contract.


17. Applications, Admissions, And Documents
 

Luzrumo May Assist With:

  • Application Strategy.

  • File Preparation.

  • Readiness Review.

  • Coordination Support.

  • Document Guidance.

  • Interview Preparation.

  • Submission Planning.

  • Follow-Up Support.

However:

  • Final Forms, Statements, Declarations, And Submissions Remain The Client’s Responsibility Unless Expressly Agreed Otherwise In Writing.

  • The Client Must Check And Approve All Information Before Submission.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Guarantee Admission, Acceptance, Scholarship Awards, Or Any Institutional Decision.


18. Visa And Mobility Support
 

Luzrumo May Provide Administrative And Documentary Support Related To Student Mobility, Relocation, And File Readiness.

Unless Expressly Agreed In A Separate Valid Written Arrangement:

  • Luzrumo Does Not Act As Immigration Counsel Or Legal Representative.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Submit Visa Applications In Its Own Name.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Guarantee Visa Approval Or Immigration Outcomes.

The Client Remains Solely Responsible For:

  • The Visa Application Itself.

  • Official Forms And Declarations.

  • Appointments.

  • Compliance With Government Requirements.

  • Official Fees And Charges.


19. Accommodation, Insurance, Telecom, And Transport Support
 

Where Luzrumo Assists With Accommodation, Insurance, Telecom, SIM Card, Transport, Or Related Student-Settlement Services, Such Assistance Is Limited To Guidance, Coordination, Referral, And Administrative Support.

Luzrumo Does Not Assume Liability For The Quality, Availability, Price, Terms, Performance, Or Suitability Of Any Third-Party Service.


20. Career And Internship Support
 

Where Luzrumo Provides CV Review, LinkedIn Review, Interview Preparation, Internship Guidance, Or Other Career Support:

  • These Services Are Advisory Only.

  • Luzrumo Does Not Guarantee Recruiter Responses, Interviews, Internship Placements, Employment, Or Professional Outcomes.


21. Merchandise And Print-On-Demand
 

Luzrumo May Sell Merchandise, Personalized Products, Accessories, Clothing, And Other Print-On-Demand Goods Through The Website, Directly Or Through Third Parties.

Where Merchandise Is Sold:

  • Product Images Are Illustrative.

  • Colors, Materials, And Final Appearance May Vary Slightly.

  • Delivery Times Are Estimates Only.

  • Production, Printing, Shipping, And Fulfilment May Be Carried Out By Third Parties.


22. Conduct And Use Of The Services
 

The Client Must Behave Respectfully And Lawfully At All Times.

Luzrumo May Suspend Or Terminate A Session Or Service Without Refund If The Client:

  • Behaves Abusively.

  • Uses Harassing, Threatening, Or Discriminatory Language.

  • Requests Unlawful Conduct.

  • Demands Misrepresentation Or Concealment Of Material Facts.

  • Provides False Information.

  • Misuses The Service Or Website.


23. Communications And Internal Records
 

Luzrumo May Keep Internal Notes, Administrative Records, Session Summaries, Booking Records, And Communication Histories For Service Delivery, Compliance, Quality Control, Risk Management, And Record-Keeping Purposes, Subject To Applicable Data Protection Rules.


24. Intellectual Property
 

All Website Content, Service Materials, Templates, Internal Processes, Branding, Written Materials, Visual Content, Digital Assets, And Related Materials Belong To Or Are Licensed To Luzrumo Unless Otherwise Stated.

No Part May Be Copied, Reproduced, Republished, Distributed, Resold, Or Commercially Exploited Without Prior Written Consent.


25. Confidentiality
 

The Client Must Treat As Confidential Any Internal Business Materials, Non-Public Pricing Structures, Strategic Information, Partner Data, Internal Documents, Or Other Non-Public Information Received From Luzrumo.

Luzrumo Shall Handle Client Information In Accordance With Its Privacy Policy And Applicable Law.


26. Data Protection
 

Personal Data Shall Be Processed In Accordance With The Company’s Privacy Policy And Applicable Data Protection Law, Including The GDPR Where Applicable.

The Client Warrants That Any Third-Party Personal Data Shared With Luzrumo Has Been Lawfully Shared.


27. Limitation Of Liability
 

To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law:

  • Luzrumo Shall Not Be Liable For Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Punitive, Or Reputational Loss.

  • Luzrumo Shall Not Be Liable For Third-Party Decisions, Delays, Refusals, Cancellations, Or Service Failures.

  • Luzrumo Shall Not Be Liable For Losses Caused By Inaccurate, Incomplete, Or Misleading Information Supplied By The Client.

  • Luzrumo’s Total Liability For Any Direct Claim Arising From A Paid Service Shall Be Limited To The Amount Actually Paid By The Client For The Specific Service Giving Rise To The Claim.

Nothing In These Terms Excludes Liability Where Exclusion Is Not Legally Permitted.


28. Indemnity
 

The Client Agrees To Indemnify And Hold Luzrumo Harmless Against Claims, Losses, Costs, Or Liabilities Arising From:

  • Breach Of These Terms.

  • False Information Or Documents Supplied By The Client.

  • Misuse Of The Services.

  • Unlawful Conduct By The Client.

  • Third-Party Claims Arising From Materials Or Data Supplied By The Client.


29. Suspension And Termination
 

Luzrumo May Suspend Or Terminate Access To Services Immediately If There Is:

  • Non-Payment.

  • Abuse.

  • Misrepresentation.

  • Document Fraud.

  • Compliance Risk.

  • Reputational Risk.

  • Persistent Failure To Cooperate.

  • Persistent Failure To Provide Necessary Documents Or Responses.

Termination Does Not Affect Accrued Rights, Payment Obligations, Confidentiality Obligations, Intellectual Property Rights, Or Limitation-Of-Liability Provisions.


30. Force Majeure
 

Luzrumo Shall Not Be Liable For Delay Or Failure Caused By Circumstances Beyond Its Reasonable Control, Including:

  • Illness.

  • Technical Failure.

  • Platform Outage.

  • Cyber Incident.

  • Partner Disruption.

  • Government Action.

  • Strikes.

  • War, Civil Disturbance, Or Similar Events.

  • Any Other Force Majeure Event.


31. Complaints
 

Clients Are Encouraged To Contact Luzrumo First In Good Faith To Seek An Amicable Resolution Of Any Complaint.

Where Required By Law, The Company May Also Provide Information On Applicable Complaint Channels, Consumer Dispute Mechanisms, Or Other Mandatory Complaint Information On The Website’s Legal Pages.


32. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
 

These Terms Shall Be Governed By The Laws Of Portugal, Without Prejudice To Any Mandatory Consumer Rights That Cannot Be Excluded By Law.

Any Dispute That Cannot Be Resolved Amicably Shall Be Submitted To The Competent Courts Of Portugal, Unless Mandatory Law Requires Another Forum.


33. Severability
 

If Any Provision Of These Terms Is Found Invalid, Illegal, Or Unenforceable, The Remaining Provisions Shall Remain In Full Force And Effect To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law.


34. Entire Agreement
 

These Terms, Together With The Privacy Policy, Any Booking Or Cancellation Policy, The Relevant Service Description, The Checkout Information, And Any Order-Specific Written Documents Issued By Luzrumo, Form The Entire Agreement Between The Parties In Relation To The Relevant Service Or Purchase.


35. Amendments
 

Luzrumo May Update These Terms From Time To Time. The Version In Force At The Time Of Booking Or Purchase Shall Normally Apply To That Transaction, Unless Mandatory Law Requires Otherwise.


36. Contact
 

Relevant Corporate And Contact Information Shall Be Made Available On The Website’s Legal, Contact, And Checkout Pages.
